Weapons in Remnant: From the Ashes are categorized into three groups:

  • Hand Guns - pistols and revolvers (secondary firearms)
  • Long Guns - shotguns and rifles (primary firearms)
  • Melee Weapons - used in direct hand-to-hand combat

Weapons can be obtained through:

In conjunction with crafting, weapons can also be upgraded by increasing their level (requires crafting materials).

  • Non-boss weapons can be upgraded to +20 at cost of scrap and regular crafting material and Simulacrum to 20th level
  • Boss weapons can be upgraded to +10 at cost of scrap, Lumenite Crystal, regular crafting material and Simulacrum to 10th level

  • Has a 50% chance of applying the CORRODED effect reducing the target's defense by 20% for 5 seconds. Charged attacks have a 100% chance of applying the CORRODED effect.

  • Each hit generates 100% mod power for weapon mods that are equipped on both fire arms.

  • Increases damage on each successive hit by 10% for 15 seconds. Can be stacked 5 times.

  • Has a 35% chance to inflict an additional 100% stagger damage with each hit. Charge attacks have a 100% chance to inflict the bonus stagger damage.

  • Returns damage dealt as health to the wielder.

  • Has 35% chance of applying the Bleeding effect on the target dealing 150 damage over 15 seconds. Charge attacks have a 100% chance to apply the Bleeding effect.
